Bruges, Belgium (June 2005)

 

We only had time to visit one city in Belgium, so we picked Bruges.  It was a quaint

little medieval town full of life and history.  You wont find any high-rises or modern-

style architecture.  Most of the narrow streets are still cobblestone just like they were

hundreds of years ago.  We really enjoyed our time here!

We liked this cute little bridge

 

 

Belgium also has windmills to control the water flow in and out of their canals
