I am not big on organized tours, but I think this is a MUST DO while in Maui.  This adventure

begins long before the sun comes up.  In order to reach the 10,023 foot summit of Haleakala

before fist light, I had to wake up at 2am!  And though it was early, it was worth it!

The ninety-minute ride to the top took us from sea level to over 10,000 feet
